About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions
Based on subitem 6.20 of Item 6 and Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2006 No. 63 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 188, 8/15268; 2009, No. 96, 8/20792; 2010, No. 184, 8/22599; 2011, No. 55, 8/23626; 2012, No. 49, 8/25375), following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 8:
in paragraph three of part two of figure "16" to replace with figures "14";
the fifth to add part with the offer of the following content: "In case of the appeal of the foreign citizen, the stateless person to diplomatic representation of the Republic of Belarus, consular establishment of the Republic of Belarus behind making of notarial action, the document proving his identity can be accepted without transfer into state language of the Republic of Belarus if the diplomatic agent of diplomatic representation of the Republic of Belarus, the consular official of consular establishment of the Republic of Belarus knows the corresponding foreign language.";
1.2. the fourth to state the paragraph to part three of Item 59 in the following edition:
"the premises or state body or other state organization subordinated to the President of the Republic of Belarus, the republican state body or other state organization subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, which signed the agreement of free use by premises were the decision or the statement from the decision on privatization of premises of local executive and administrative organ, governing body of the legal entity, in economic maintaining or operational management of which;";
