The government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Ukraine which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
according to item 4 of article 6 of the Agreement on regulation of deliveries of some types of the steel pipes coming from Ukraine in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation of September 23, 2011 (further - the Agreement)
agreed as follows:
Make the following changes and additions to the Agreement:
1. Add article 3 with Item 5 of the following content:
"5. The original certificate is submitted to customs authority of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan or the Russian Federation together with the customs declaration.
The certificate can be acknowledged as customs authority of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan or the Russian Federation invalid for the purposes, stipulated in Item 4 these Articles, in the following cases:
the form of the certificate does not correspond to the form provided in appendix 3 to this agreement;
the data specified in the certificate do not correspond declared in the customs declaration or do not allow to carry out unambiguous identification of goods;
in the provided certificate are available not certified by the company of correction (erasure) and/or amendment;
in the provided certificate there are no marks of customs authority of Ukraine testimonial of customs clearance of goods in the territory of Ukraine.
The certificate is subject to storage in archive of customs authorities according to the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan or the Russian Federation.
