1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Culture and tourism of Ukraine of August 20, 2008 No. 37 "About approval of the Inventory with indication of their codes according to UKTVED on which Public service of control of movement of cultural values through frontier of Ukraine grants the certificate on the right of export (temporary export) of cultural values from the territory of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2008 for No. 835/15526, such changes:
in the name and in Item 1 of the word "Public service of control of movement of cultural values through frontier of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine".
2. Bring in the Inventory with indication of their codes according to UKTVED on which Public service of control of movement of cultural values through frontier of Ukraine grants the certificate on the right of export (temporary export) of cultural values from the territory of Ukraine, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Culture and tourism of Ukraine of August 20, 2008 37, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2008 for No. 835/15526, such changes:
in the name of the word "Public service of control of movement of cultural values through frontier of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine";
