About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 425 of 29.09.2011.
According to provisions of the Methodology of calculation, approval and application of rates for natural gas approved by the resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 352 of October 1, 2009 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 163 - 164, 737) the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power (NARE) DECIDES: the Art.
1. In the resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 425 of September 29, 2011 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 160-163, of the Art. 459) to make the following changes:
in Item of 1 appendix of the word "after their approval of the National agency on regulation in power" to exclude.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
