1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 31, 2006 No. 433 "About approval of form of the register of accounting of the empty houses which are in the rural zone, and Regulations on procedure for maintaining the register of accounting of the empty houses which are in the rural zone" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 55, 5/22117):
1.1.1. state preamble in the following edition:
