Article 1. Bring in the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Belarus of January 11, 1999 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 18 - 19, 2/13; 2006, No. 86, 2/1215; 2007, No. 264, 2/1378; 2008, No. 14, 2/1412; No. 170, 2/1463) following changes and amendment:
1. State Article 43 in the following edition:
"Article 43. Cognizance of civil cases to intergarrison public courts
Intergarrison military courts consider on the first instance the civil cases arising from office legal relationship of the citizens having the status of the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies, the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus, bodies of financial investigations of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus, bodies and divisions for emergency situations, public prosecutor's employees, officials of the customs authorities, other persons fulfilling (fulfilling) their duties, and also the civil cases connected with conscription, service in reserve, military and special charges.".
2. In Article 47:
after part twelve to add Article with part of the following content:
"The claim for the dispute following from office legal relationship of the citizens having the status of the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies, the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus, bodies of financial investigations of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus, bodies and divisions for emergency situations of public prosecutor's employees, officials of the customs authorities, other persons fulfilling (fulfilling) their duties can be shown in intergarrison military court in the place of passing of military service (service).";
