Having considered the project of changes and amendments in the "Regulations on System of package clearing of small retail and regular payments in the Kyrgyz Republic" approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 37/8 of December 15, 2005, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the KR on January 18, 2006 registration number 8-06, being guided by articles 7 and 43 of the Law on National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve changes and amendments in the "Regulations on System of package clearing of small retail and regular payments in the Kyrgyz Republic" approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 37/8 of December 15, 2005, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the KR on January 18, 2006 registration number 8-06 (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2012.
3. After official publication to send to Legal Management this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. To management of bank calculations to bring the present of the resolution to the attention of commercial banks.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Zheenbayeva B. Zh.
