Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure of control functions by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2005, No. 1, the Art. 1) the following changes and amendment:
1. In preamble:
replace figures "54" with figures "70";
preamble after the word "is" to add with the word "highest".
2. In Article 2:
regarding 1 figure "61" to replace with figures "76";
in part 2 shall be replaced with words the word "year" "6 months";
regarding 4 words "in the resolution" shall be replaced with words "in the resolution".
3. In Article 4:
regarding 1 word "affirms according to the offer of committees at meeting of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and it is drawn up by the resolution" shall be replaced with words "affirms on committee meeting and it is drawn up by the decision";
in part 2 shall be replaced with words the word "month" "10 days".
4. Regarding the 2nd Article 5 to replace the word of "Administration" with the word of "Device".
5. In Article 8 of the word "in any state body and to any official" shall be replaced with words "in the relevant state body or to official".
6. Regarding the 2nd Article 16 of the word of "deputies of Jogorku Kenesh" shall be replaced with words "Jogorku Kenesh".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
