1. Recognize invalid orders of the State Customs Service of Ukraine and Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine

of January 22, 2004 No. 35/68 "About approval of forms of permission to opening of duty-free shop, the statement for its obtaining and decisions on suspension of action of permission", No. 138/8737 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 2, 2004;

of April 4, 2005 No. 240/241 "About modification of the joint order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine and Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine of 22.01.2004 No. 35/68", No. 398/10678 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 14, 2005.

2. Department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To chiefs of customs authorities to bring this order to the attention of staff and to inform on requirements of the order of subjects of foreign economic activity by lighting him at evident stands in the locations of the relevant divisions of customs authorities and at check points through frontier of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Customs code of Ukraine of March 13, 2012, but not earlier than day of official publication.
