Bring in part the second the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, N 32, Art. 3340; 2004, N 45, Art. 4377; 2008, N 52, Art. 6236; 2009, N 52, Art. 6450; 2010, N 15, Art. 1737) following changes:
Item 1 of Article 333.36 to add 1) with the subitem of 21 following contents:
"21) authors of result of intellectual activities - in claims for provision of right to use of result of intellectual activities by it on which exclusive right belongs to other person (compulsory license).";
2) Item 1 of Article 333.37 to add with the subitem 3 following of content:
"3) authors of result of intellectual activities - in claims for provision of right to use of result of intellectual activities by it on which exclusive right belongs to other person (compulsory license).".
Regarding 1 article 8 of the Federal Law of September 28, 2010 N 244-FZ "About the innovative center "Skolkovo" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, N 40, the Art. 4970) words "Presidential Commission for Modernization and Technological Development of Russia's Economy" shall be replaced with words "the advisory body in case of the President of the Russian Federation formed for the purpose of ensuring interaction of federal bodies of the government, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies, public associations, scientific and other organizations by consideration of the questions connected with upgrade of economy and innovative development of Russia".
