the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 24.12.2009 No. 765 "About modification in Special procedure of actions for financial improvement of banks", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.01.2010 for No. 70/17365;
the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 30.06.2011 No. 213 "About modification in Special procedure of actions for financial improvement of banks", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.07.2011 for No. 906/19644.
