The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Part third of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 33, the Art. 471, No. 35-36, Art. 491; 2012, No. 12-13, of Art. 81; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of July 8, 2011 No. 3681-VI of December 22, 2011 No. 4220-VI, of March 20, 2012 and of April 12, 2012 No. 4648-VI) to add No. 4545-VI with the paragraph of such content:
"goods, works and services which procurement is conducted within projects implementation of target ecological (green) investments and offers concerning implementation of the actions connected with implementation of such projects and accomplishment of obligations of the parties of the Kyoto protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention about climate change for the means received from sale of parts of assigned amount of emissions of greenhouse gases".
2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
