About decrease in rate of import customs duty concerning phosphates

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix 1 to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 18, 2011 N 850) the following changes:

a) exclude line item according to the appendix N 1;

b) include line item according to the appendix N 2.

2. Add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix 1 to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 18, 2011 N 850) the note <16C> of the following content:

"<16C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.08.2012 till 31.07.2013 inclusive.".

3. Establish rate of import customs duty concerning phosphates (FEACN CU code 2510 20 000 0) in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value from August 1, 2012 to July 31, 2013 inclusive.

5. This Decision becomes effective after thirty calendar days after day of its official publication.
