Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 30, 2011 N 373-FZ "About the budget of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for 2012 and for planning period of 2013 and 2014" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, N 49, the Art. 7051) the following changes:

Item 2 of part 3 of Article 7 to state 1) in the following edition: "2) if the actual demand on payment of accumulated portion of the work old-age pension appointed according to the Federal Law of December 17, 2001 N 173-FZ "About work pensions in the Russian Federation" on payment of means of the pension accruals considered in special part of individual personal accounts in the form of lump sum payment and on payment of the due retirement benefit provided by the Federal Law of November 30, 2011 N 360-FZ "About procedure for financing of payments at the expense of means of pension accruals" will exceed annual amounts of the budgetary appropriations approved by summary budget list of the budget of Fund;";

2) in appendix 1:
