Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 5, 1998 No. 1597 "About approval of Rules of provision of long-term loans to individual builders of housing in the village" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 40, Art. 1486; 2001, No. 7, Art. 282; 2002, No. 44, Art. 2016; 2003, No. 29, Art. 1477; 2005, No. 50, Art. 3125; 2008, No. 46, the Art. 1497) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 17, 2012 No. 506
1. In Item 2 of the resolution of the word "To Give to the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction, State Tax Administration" shall be replaced with words "To the ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services and to provide to the Ministry of Finance".
2. In Rules of provision of the long-term loans to individual builders of housing in the village approved by the specified resolution:
