1. Bring in the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of 29.07.2008 No. 878 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out additional sale of shares of open joint stock companies at par value", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 27.08.2008 for No. 783/15474, such change:
in the title and Item 1 of the order "open" to exclude the word.
2. Approve Changes in the Procedure for carrying out additional sale of shares of open joint stock companies at par value approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of 29.07.2008 No. 878, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 27.08.2008 for No. 783/15474, which are applied.
3. To provide to management of planning and preferential sale of Department of planning of processes of privatization and reforming of property submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund according to distribution of functional obligations.
