About modification of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About mental health services"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. The paragraph the fourth parts one of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About mental health services" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 19, Art. 143; 2004, 15, 221) to state No. to the Art. in such edition:
"the monetary assistance according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, to person living together with the disabled person of I or ІІ groups owing to mental disturbance which according to the conclusion of the medical commission of medical institution needs permanent care - on care of it. The amount of the specified help is calculated as difference between three subsistence minimums on each family member and average monthly comprehensive income of family for the last six months, but there cannot be more, than minimum wage".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
