About modification of the Law of Ukraine "About access to judgments" concerning elimination of gaps which interfere with information access concerning judgments
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Part third of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About access to judgments" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 15, Art. 128; 2009, 38, the Art. 535) to add No. with Item 3 of such content:
"3) names of party litigants which was considered by the international legal or other international institution on which decision the reference in the text of the judgment is contained".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
