About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 2, 2000 No. 1192

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 2, 2000 No. 1192 "About provision of monthly allowance to the needy person living together with the disabled person of I or II groups owing to mental disturbance which according to the conclusion of the medical commission of medical institution needs permanent care, on care of it" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 31, of Art. 1314; 2004, No. 12, Art. 745; 2006, No. 4, Art. 171; 2012, No. 7, the Art. 249) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of May 22, 2012 No. 4795-VI "About modification of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About mental health services".

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 2, 2000 No. 1192

1. In the resolution:
