About entering of amendment and changes into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local self-government"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local self-government" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 1004) the following amendments and changes:
1. To add part 2 of article 9 after the word "consultations" with the words "and discussion".
2. To state Item 1 of part 1 of Article 18 in the following edition:
"1) ensuring economic development of the corresponding territory, and also investment attraction and grants;".
3. To state parts 4 and 5 of Article 37 in the following edition:
"4. In case of non-execution or improper execution of the obligations the chairman of the local kenesh can be ahead of schedule relieved of the post by the majority at least two thirds of voices of total number of the elected deputies at the initiative of one third of deputies or fraction of the local kenesh.
5. Chairmen of city, district keneshes have no right to be engaged in other paid activities, except scientific, pedagogical and other creative activities.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
