About modification of the Regulations on National anti-corruption committee
1. Bring in the Regulations on National anti-corruption committee approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of September 1, 2011 No. 890 "Questions of National anti-corruption committee" (with the changes made by the Decree of March 16, 2012 No. 201), such changes:
Item 3 to state 1) in such edition:
"3. The main tasks of Committee are:
1) preparation of offers concerning ensuring realization of single state policy in the field of prevention and anti-corruption;
2) implementation of systems analysis of condition of anti-corruption in Ukraine, efficiency of realization of anti-corruption strategy, actions which are used for prevention and anti-corruption;
3) development of offers concerning forming and realization of anti-corruption strategy and the anti-corruption actions directed, in particular, to enhancement of the legislation and elimination of the contradictions which are available in it;
4) preparation of offers concerning improvement of coordination and interaction of subjects which perform actions for prevention and anti-corruption;
5) development of offers concerning simplification of allowing and other procedures of conducting small and medium business and elimination of the reasons which predetermine offenses in this sphere;
6) assistance of implementation of recommendations of GRECO, other leading international organizations concerning prevention and anti-corruption, to increase in efficiency of international cooperation of Ukraine in this sphere;
7) assistance scientific methodically to providing concerning anti-corruption";

state subitem 1 in such edition:
"1) performs complex assessment of the situation and tendencies in the field of anti-corruption in Ukraine, analyzes the national anti-corruption legal system and actions concerning its accomplishment";
