About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning their reduction in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "About social dialogue in Ukraine"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Law of Ukraine of 05.07.2012 No. 5067-VI

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About compensation" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995 No. 17, Art. 121; 2004 No. 6, Art. 38):

1) in Article 5:

the third and fourth to state paragraphs to part one in such edition:

"the general agreement at the national level;

industry (cross-industry), territorial agreements";

in part two of the word "owners, associations of owners" shall be replaced with words "employers, the organizations of employers, merging of the organizations of employers";

2) in Article 14:

state part one in such edition:

"Contractual regulation of compensation of employees of the companies is performed on the basis of system of agreements which are signed on national (general agreement), industry (the industry (cross-industry) agreement), territorial (the territorial agreement) and local (collective agreement) levels according to the laws";

in word part two "industry or regional agreements" shall be replaced with words "industry (cross-industry) or territorial agreements";

Shall be replaced with words 3) in part one of Article 15 of the word "and industry (regional) agreements" "industry (cross-industry) and territorial agreements";

"Regional agreements" shall be replaced with words 4) in Article 18 of the word "(cross-industry) and territorial agreements";

To replace 5) in the text of the Law of the word "the owner or the body authorized by him" in all cases and numbers with the word "employer" in the corresponding case and number.
