About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 2007 No. 223

1. Bring in Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for preparation and issue of allowing documentation on construction of facilities approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 2007 No. 223 "About some measures for enhancement of architectural and construction activities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 56, 5/24788; 2008, No. 92, 5/27490), following change and amendment:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"3. This Provision does not extend to preparation and issue of allowing documentation on technical retrofitting of production facilities *, not connected with reconstruction and capital repairs of these objects, and also on construction:";
add Item with the interlinear note of the following content:

* For the purposes of this provision technical retrofitting of production facilities is understood as complex of the actions directed to increase in the technical and economic activity level of the organizations, separate productions, workshops and sites due to implementation of the modern equipment and progressive technologies, mechanization and automation of production processes, upgrade and replacement of obsolete and physically worn-out equipment, improvement of the organization and structure of production, and also other organizational actions which are not providing expansion of floor spaces and increase in quantity of workplaces.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
