About modification and amendments in the Law on subsidized insurance of industrial hazards in agricultural industry No. 243-XV of July 8, 2004

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on subsidized insurance of industrial hazards in agricultural industry No. 243-XV of July 8, 2004 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 132 - 137, Art. 704), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. Change in part (3) Article 9 concerns only the text in state language.

2. In Article 10:

change in part (2) concerns only the text in state language;

in part (4) the word "is not limited to any term." shall be replaced with words "it is established in the insurance contract.";

add Article with parts (5) and (6) the following content:

"(5) Establishment of introduction of insurance premium in parts does not exempt the insurer from the complete agreement responsibility of insurance in case of approach of insurance risk during the period between introduction of the first part of fee and introduction of its second part.

(6) If the insurer does not bring the second part of insurance premium at the scheduled time, the agreement remains in force, but the insurance indemnity is paid in proportion to the brought part of insurance premium."
