For the purpose of acceleration of implementation of works on arrangement of gas-condensate fields Adamtash, Gumbulak and Dzharkuduk-Yangi Kizilcha of Southwest Gissar within implementation of the Production sharing agreement, in connection with change of the specifications on connection providing transfer of the place of conversion of gas and implementation of necessary organizational actions for timely receipt of investments, decides the Cabinet of Ministers:
1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for development, approval and approval of the project documentation on construction of surface facilities of gas-condensate fields Adamtash, Gumbulak and Dzharkuduk-Yangi Kizilcha of Southwest Gissar of the Republic of Uzbekistan within implementation of the Production sharing agreement approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 6, 2009 No. 292, of change according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan G. I. Ibragimov.
