3. After completion of the procedure of liquidation of construction to transfer educational buildings, money and other remained material values of the specified College to fixed assets of Technological university of Tajikistan.
4. To technological university of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to form the Branch based on the former Technological college of Isfara.
5. And in the years ahead to make financing of Branch of Technological university of Tajikistan in the city of Isfara in 2012 within the means provided for this College.
6. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan to determine the Plan of enrollment of students in Branch of Technological university of Tajikistan in the city of Isfara on 2012 - 2013 and the next academic years.
7. To technological university of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan to give opportunity to students of Technological college of the city of Isfara of Technological university of Tajikistan to complete training.
