1. To exclude words from preamble of the resolution "The presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 1998, No. 1143".
2. Exclude Items 2 and 3.
3. Enact this resolution from the date of the entry of the Republic of Tajikistan into the World Trade Organization.
