1. Bring in the Regulations on the mode at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 22, 2009 No. 70 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About Frontier of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 30, 5/29182), the following amendments and changes:
in Item 1:
to add part one after the word "further" with words ", unless otherwise specified,";
second and third to state parts in the following edition:
"The mode at check points is supported and controlled by bodies of the border service according to the procedure, determined by local regulatory legal acts of the State boundary committee, for the purpose of creation of necessary conditions for implementation boundary, carrying out customs and other types of control.
Action of the mode at the check point extends to part of its territory designated on the area and established by the order of the organization which has on the right of economic maintaining or in operational management check point. The order is approved with the chief of territorial authority of the border service, and also with the chief of customs in case of placement of the check point within the railway station (station), river port, the airport.";
