2) official publication in mass media of this order after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for construction and housing and communal services of March 9, 2010 No. 92 "About approval of the List of the documents necessary for receipt of permission to production of construction works" (No. 69 registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 6151 and published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper of May 18, 2010 (1691)).
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for construction and housing and communal services Tikhonyuk N. P.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
