Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 19, 2006 No. 698 "About approval of the Procedure for return in 2011 of the non-interest budget advances allowed in 2005 to the companies and the organizations of the coal industry (except coal-mining) for debt repayment on salary payment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 21, Art. 1549; 2007, No. 30, Art. 1205; 2008, No. 41, Art. 1348; 2009, No. 35, Art. 1205; 2010, No. 60, Art. 2082; 2011, No. 35, the Art. 1444) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 23, 2012 No. 405
1. In the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word and figures "in 2011" shall be replaced with words also in figures "in 2012".
2. According to the procedure of return in 2011 of the non-interest budget advances allowed in 2005 the companies and the organizations of the coal industry (except coal-mining) for debt repayment on salary payment approved by the specified resolution:
And figures "in 2011" shall be replaced with words 1) in the name and Item 1 of the Procedure for the word also in figures "in 2012";
And figures of "Item 8 of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Government budget of Ukraine for 2011" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 3 of the word also in figures of "Item 8 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012";
