1. Bring in Item 10 of the Regulations on procedure for consideration of questions of the citizenship of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of November 14, 2002 No. 1325 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for consideration of questions of citizenship of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 46, Art. 4571; 2004, No. 1, Art. 16; 2006, No. 45, Art. 4670; 2007, No. 31, Art. 4020; 2008, No. 29, Art. 3476; 2009, No. 34, Art. 4170; No. 43, Art. 5049; 2011, No. 43, Art. 6025), following changes:
a) add with the new paragraph the eleventh the following content:
"the education document issued in the territory of foreign state in which Russian is one of state languages (for citizens of this state);";
b) the eleventh - the seventeenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the twelfth - the eighteenth.
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
