About modification of the Regulations on the admission of the Russian carriers to implementation of the international motor transportations

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on the admission of the Russian carriers to implementation of the international motor transportations approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 16, 2001 N 730 (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, N 43, by Art. 4109; 2002, N 41, Art. 3983; 2006, N 52, Art. 5587; 2007, N 17, Art. 2048; 2009, N 48, Art. 5830).

Changes which are made to Regulations on the admission of the Russian carriers to implementation of the international motor transportations

1. To declare the subitem 1 of Item 3 invalid.

2. In the paragraph the second Item 5 of the word "in writing" to exclude.

3. State Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. For receipt of the admission of the Russian carrier to implementation of the international motor transportations the carrier represents to body of transport control and supervision in place of registration the following documents:

1) the statement in which are specified:

the name and the location of the applicant, identification taxpayer number and the primary state registration number of record about state registration of the legal entity in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities - for the legal entity;
