About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 14, 2010 No. 1054
In pursuance of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2011 "About modification and amendments in some laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning departure from the Republic of Belarus and entry into the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 14, 2010 No. 1054 "About approval of Rules of inclusion of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the List of persons to which it is refused departure from the Republic of Belarus, and exception of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship from this List, and also procedure for maintaining such List" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 175, 5/32190; 2011, No. 142, 5/34918) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in the name and Item 1 of the word "which it is refused departure from the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "the right on which departure from the Republic of Belarus is temporarily limited";
1.2. in Rules of inclusion of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the List of persons to which it is refused departure from the Republic of Belarus, and exception of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship from this List, and also the procedure for maintaining such List approved by this resolution:
in the name, Item 1 of the word "which it is refused departure from the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "the right on which departure from the Republic of Belarus is temporarily limited";
in Item 2:
in subitem 2.1 of the word "which it is refused departure from the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "the right on which departure from the Republic of Belarus is temporarily limited";
