About introduction of amendments to the Order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of 15.07.97 No. 743
According to article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of state-owned property" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine in compliance with the current legislation I ORDER:
1. Bring in the Regulations on the commission on privatization approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of July 15, 1997 No. 743, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 29, 1997 for No. 361/2165, such changes:
1.1. In the text of this Provision:
to replace the word "term_n" in all cases with the word "term" in the corresponding cases;
words "privatization authority" in all cases shall be replaced with words "state body of privatization" in the corresponding cases.
1.2. In the Section I of this Provision:
in Item 1.1 of the word", privatization authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea" shall be replaced with words "representations" words "(state bodies of privatization are farther).";
in Item 1.5:
state paragraph two in such edition:
