1. Bring in form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (services) "Report on export and import of services", approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 1, 2011 No. 294 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 131, 7/1619), the following changes:
1.1. in the detail "Address Part and Term of Representation":
in the column "Respondents Represent" of the word "Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus (Aggregated Statistical Data (Information) on the Ministry)" to exclude;
"*" to state the interlinear note in the following edition:

1.2. exclude reference information.
2. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
