1. Bring in Rules of carrying out tenders or auctions on the right of the conclusion of lease agreements, agreements of free use, property trust management agreements, other agreements providing transition of the rights concerning the state-owned or municipal property approved by the order of FAS Russia of February 10, 2010 N 67 (N 16386) is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 11.02.2010, with the changes made by the order of FAS Russia 20.10.2011 N 732 (N 22441), the following changes is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 29.11.2011:
1) in Item 29 of Rules of carrying out tenders or auctions on the right of the conclusion of lease agreements, agreements of free use, property trust management agreements, other agreements providing transition of the rights concerning the state-owned or municipal property (further - Rules), words of "opening of envelopes with bids" shall be replaced with words "the ends of submission of bids";
2) the subitem 14 of Item 40 Governed to state in the following edition:
