Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2011 No. 1749 "About approval of Rules of issue and form of confirmation by local executive body of area, city of republican value, the capital based on which reference gained (subject to obtaining) income to the income is performed, from types of activity of the organizations performing activities in the territory of special economic zone" the following change and amendment:
Rules of issue of confirmation by local executive body of area, the city of republican value, the capital based on which reference gained (subject to obtaining) income to the income is performed, from types of activity of the organizations performing activities in the territory of special economic zone, approved by the specified resolution:
add with Item 12 of the following content:
"12. Confirmation of the income from types of activity of the organizations performing activities in the territory of special economic zone which territory is located on several administrative-territorial devices of the Republic of Kazakhstan is performed by local executive body of area, city of republican value, the capital in place of registration of the participant of special economic zone as the taxpayer.";
