1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 17, 2008 No. 693 "About creation of the specialized organization for concession" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 33, the Art. 343):
1) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"1) examinations of concessionary offers;";
2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 16.07.2015 No. 542
2. This resolution becomes effective after the first official publication.
