1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 16, 2009 No. 151 "About approval of Rules of determination of feasibility of budget crediting", (registered No. 8, 2009), the following change is published in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 5727, in the Collection of acts of the central executive and other central state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
The rules of determination of feasibility of budget crediting approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To department of investment policy (Ayazbayev N. A.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kusainov M. A.
4. Operation of this order does not extend to the relations which arose before its introduction in action.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
