1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2004 N 863 "About rates of customs duties for customs transactions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 1, by Art. 108; 2007, N 1, Art. 261; 2009, N 11, Art. 1317; 2010, N 52, Art. 7121; 2011, N 30, Art. 4644; N 37, of the Art. 5241).
2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
