1. Establish ceiling prices for retail sale of oil products on which state regulation of the prices in the following sizes including VAT is established:
* Diesel fuel - 95 tenges for liter;
* Аи - 80 - 91 tenges for liter;
* Аи - 92 - 112 tenges for liter.
2. To department of administrative work of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies (Suleymenova R. E.) bring this order to the attention of Department on regulation in the field of pipeline and water sewer systems of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies, Managements of informatization and protection of information resources of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies and Ministries of oil and gas and economic development and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
