1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for registration and re-registration of persons performing missionary activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To department of the analysis and strategic planning (Ospanov S. K.) provide in accordance with the established procedure state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To administrative department (Kalyshev K. T.) after its registration in judicial authorities to provide official publication in official mass media and on Internet resources of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for religions (further - the Agency).
4. To department of the analysis and strategic planning (Ospanov S. K.) after introduction of the order to send it to action to territorial subdivisions of the Agency for management and execution.
5. I impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Agency Azilkhanov M. A.
6. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
