1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Instruction about behavior of the lawyer in places of detention and correctional facilities approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of May 18, 2005 No. 22 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 77, 8/12601; 2008, No. 302, 8/20049):
1.1.1. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. This Instruction establishes requirements imposed to the lawyer when implementing the professional obligations in the time spent in places of detention and correctional facilities, holding appointments (meetings, obshcheniye) with the detainee taken into custody and the convict.";
1.1.2. in Item 10 of the word "orders of legal advice bureau, the document confirming belonging to legal profession and" shall be replaced with words "certificates of the lawyer and the order,";
1.1.3. state Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. In the order surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) the client and other data, stipulated by the legislation about legal profession in the Republic of Belarus shall be entered.";
