Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 25, 2000 No. 69-II "About guarantees of freedom of business activity" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, No. 5-6, of Art. 140; 2001, No. 5, Art. 89; 2003, No. 5, Art. 67; 2004, No. 1-2, of the Art. 18, No. 5, Art. 90; 2005, No. 1, Art. 18; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, No. 3, Art. 119, No. 9, Art. 494, No. 10, Art. 536; 2007, No. 12, Art. 608; 2008, No. 12, Art. 640; 2009, No. 12, Art. 472; 2010, No. 9, Art. 336, No. 12, Art. 465; 2011, No. 4, the Art. 104, No. 9, the Art. 248) of change and amendments, having approved its new edition it (is applied).
Article 2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan: bring decisions of the government into accord with this Law; provide review and cancellation by state bodies of their regulatory legal acts contradicting this Law.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Article 1. Main objectives of this Law
The main objectives of this Law are creation of guarantees and conditions for free participation and interest of citizens in business activity, increase in their business activity, and also protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of business activity.
Article 2. Legislation on guarantees of freedom of business activity
The legislation on guarantees of freedom of business activity consists of this Law and other acts of the legislation.
This Law is applied to non-profit organizations in that part of their activities which in character is entrepreneurial.
