3. Approve new editions of Appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to the Provision "About the Periodic Regulating Report of the Microcredit Company / Mikrocreditnogo Agencies" it (is applied).
4. Approve new editions of Appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to the Provision "About the Periodic Regulating Report of Microfinance Company" it (is applied).
5. To microfinance companies, credit unions to submit the periodic regulating report according to this resolution of Board of National Bank, starting with the report for the second quarter 2012.
