About introduction of amendments to articles 361 and 362 of the Code of civil procedure of Ukraine concerning the bases of review of the decision or court order

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Code of civil procedure of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004 No. No. 40-42, of the Art. 492) the following changes:

Part the second Article 361 to add 1) with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1) establishment by the court verdict which took legal effect, fault of the judge in crime execution as a result of which illegal or unreasoned decision was made";

2 parts two of Article 362 the word and figure "Item 2" to replace 2) in Item with the word and figures "Items 2, 2-1".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
