About modification of Rules of registration and removal of citizens of the Russian Federation from registration accounting in the place of stay and at the place of residence within the Russian Federation
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
Bring in Rules of registration and removal of citizens of the Russian Federation from registration accounting in the place of stay and at the place of residence within the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 1995 No. 713 (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 30, Art. 2939; 2002, No. 34, Art. 3294; 2010, No. 46, Art. 6024), following changes:
a) add with Item 26 (1) the following content:
"26(1). Registration at the place of residence of the citizen belonging to indigenous ethnic group of the Russian Federation, leading nomadic and (or) semi-nomadic life and not taking place where he constantly or mainly lives is performed in one of the settlements (at the choice of the citizen) which are in the municipal district in which borders there pass routes of kocheviya of the citizen, to the address of local administration of the specified settlement taking into account the list of places of the traditional accommodation and traditional economic activity of indigenous ethnic groups of the Russian Federation approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.
For registration at the place of residence the specified citizen shows the following documents in body of registration accounting:
the statement of the established form of registration at the place of residence;
the passport or other identity document of the citizen replacing it;
the document confirming maintaining nomadic and (or) semi-nomadic conduct of life by the citizen, issued by local government body of the respective municipal district according to the procedure, established by authorized federal executive body.";
b) add Item 31 with subitems "z" and "i" of the following content:
