About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning provision of separate state services in the field of social protection of the population

2. Determine that realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by federal executive bodies within the established extreme number of their workers and budgetary appropriations provided to the specified bodies in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.

1. In Rules of establishment of extent of loss of professional working capacity as a result of labor accidents and occupational diseases approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 16, 2000 No. 789 (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, No. 43, the Art. 4247):
a) state Item 7 in the following edition:
"7. Survey of the victim in organization of medico-social examination is carried out according to the appeal of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation (daleestrakhovshchik), the employer (insurer) or the victim (his representative) in the presence of the document confirming the fact of labor accident or occupational disease or by determination of the judge (court).
