in Rules of application of the tax discharge on value added by offsetting method on the goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the territory of the state members of the Customs union approved by the specified resolution:
2) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) in body of Tax Service the Obligation on reflection is provided to declarations on the tax amount value added tax on value added which is subject to payment by offsetting method on commodity import and about their target use in form according to appendix to these rules (further - the Obligation).";
