1. Make the following changes in approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 13, 2006 No. 363 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 2, Article 80, No. 3, Article 235; 2007, No. 9, Article 870; 2008, No. 11, Article 970; 2009, No. 5, Article 323; 2011, No. 2, Article 85) "Standard Provision of the central executive bodies":
1.1. add Items 7.2-1 and 14.2-1 of the following content:
"7.2-1. performs rule-making activities in the respective sphere;";
"14.2-1. according to the procedure, established by the legislation, submits charters of legal entities subordinated to body for approval;";
1.2. state subitems 8 in the following edition. 1, 9. 1, 14.2 and 14.5:
"8.1. carry out the obligations following from rule-making activities in the respective area;";
"9.1. perform the rights following from rule-making activities in the respective area;";
"14.2. Adopts in the form of decisions regulatory legal acts about approval of regulations on structural divisions of the office of Body, subordinated structures (except for structures which provisions affirm the President of the Azerbaijan Republic) and scientific and technical council, and also on the questions which are not carried to competence of Body of Item 17-1 of this provision;";
